Easily the most recognizable fixture of North American railroading over the past 50 years, the ubiquitous Railbox boxcar. Starting in the mid 1970’s, the Railbox Company, a subsidiary of TTX Corp., was formed to provide pooled boxcars to help fill a need at a time when there was a shortage of boxcars all across North America. We have put together a fleet of 24 Railbox boxcar variations which will be right at home, covering both early, and more recent prototypes.
